Impact: High. 6% or less of sessions on our web-site use iOS, which is still meaningful relative to the large number of visitors to the site.
As of Thursday 9/11/2025, iOS visitors are now provided with guidance regarding slow downs when using this device, and encourages them to use an alternative device such as Android or Windows. Technical teams continue to look into solutions.
As of Monday 9/15/2025, the IT team is booked with the Adobe consulting team - meeting time TBD - to support yet another site performance review, and we hope it identifies the issues with iOS browsers.
