Summary: We are migrating our IT support ticketing system from FreshService to Zoho Desk.
Action Required: Starting at 11AM EST today, all new tickets must be submitted through the new Zoho Desk portal. The old FreshService URL will be deactivated.
Your active tickets will be backed up and migrated to FreshService if needed.
New Portal Access:
Sign Up: Use your business Gmail account. The process for submitting tickets remains similar.
Key Features of Zoho Desk:
Knowledge Base: Search for articles and solutions before submitting a ticket.
Status Board: Check this page for real-time updates on major system-wide incidents (e.g., Warehouse down, Netsuite outage, website issues).
