Overview
Occasionally a customer will request copies of their Invoices and/or Cash Sales created within Netsuite. This manually will go over the necessary steps to locate and print the requested information. This manually is broken into two parts, consisting of printing Invoices and printing Cash Sales.
Requirements
- Netsuite user account
- Access to “Print Checks and Forms”

Printing Invoices
Note: This manual assumes you are using the classic Netsuite interface. If the “Print Check and Forms” navigation is not the same as what you see on your screen, please contact tech@afgdistribution.com for locating that information.
- Within Netsuite go to Transactions > Management > Print Check and Forms

- Within “Print Checks and Forms” locate and click on “Invoices”.

- Within the “Invoices” module enter the name of the customer in which you would like to print invoices for. If you do not have the “Name” filter listed continue on to step 4. If the “Name” filter is listed, move on to step 5.
Note: Make sure the “Location” filter is blank and the “Form” filter is set to “From Transaction”.

- To add the “Name” filter click on the “Customize” button and locate the “Additional Filters” column. Within the “Additional Filters” column check the “Name” box. Click save.



- Now that you have the customer name listed in the “Name” filter go ahead and select all invoices that apply and click the “Print” button.
Note: Make sure the “Allow Reprinting” box is checked.


Printing Cash Sales
Note: This manual assumes you are using the classic Netsuite interface. If the “Print Check and Forms” navigation is not the same as what you see on your screen, please contact tech@afgdistribution.com for locating that information.
- Within Netsuite go to Transactions > Management > Print Check and Forms

- Within “Print Checks and Forms” locate and click on “Sales Receipts”.

- Within the “Sales Receipts” module enter the name of the customer in which you would like to print Cash Sales for. If you do not have the “Name” filter listed continue on to step 9. If the “Name” filter is listed, move on to step 10.
Note: Make sure the “Location” filter is blank and the “Form” filter is set to “From Transaction”.

- To add the “Name” filter click on the “Customize” button and locate the “Additional Filters” column. Within the “Additional Filters” column check the “Name” box. Click save.



- Now that you have the customer name listed in the “Name” filter go ahead and select all Cash Sales that apply and click the “Print” button.
Note: Make sure the “Allow Reprinting” box is checked.
