Uploading COAs in Adobe | 2025


Uploading COAs to Adobe Commerce


  1. Amasty Tab -> Product Attachments Base -> Attachments Management

  1. In Attachments Management, click on Add New Attachment in the top right.


  1. In the File info Fields page, select upload:
  1. COA pdfs can be present in three places:

A1. The Netsuite Item Page (under the Product Info tab -> Documentation & Certifications -> Lab data)

A2. The Netsuite Filing Cabinet (Documents -> Files -> File Cabinet -> “AFG Product Documentation -> COA Documents” folder)

A3. In Dropbox (“COA PDFs” folder)

  1. COA filenames to be uploaded almost always have the SKU they need to be attached to in their filename, search for the COAs in the file cabinet and dropbox by the SKU name.

    4. Once the COA pdf is uploaded, go to the bottom of the page to Add Products,      click the Add Products button

    5. Go to Filters, and fill in the SKU in its dialog box

6. Click on the Check box next to the SKU records for which you want to attach the COA to (for configurable products it can sometimes be multiple, one for the base configurable, and one specific to the configuration), and then click “Add Selected Products”










7. The products should appear beneath the Add Products button, as such:

8. From here, click the orange Save Attachment button at the top of the page.
