Uploading COAs to Adobe Commerce
A1. The Netsuite Item Page (under the Product Info tab -> Documentation & Certifications -> Lab data)
A2. The Netsuite Filing Cabinet (Documents -> Files -> File Cabinet -> “AFG Product Documentation -> COA Documents” folder)
A3. In Dropbox (“COA PDFs” folder)
4. Once the COA pdf is uploaded, go to the bottom of the page to Add Products, click the Add Products button
5. Go to Filters, and fill in the SKU in its dialog box

6. Click on the Check box next to the SKU records for which you want to attach the COA to (for configurable products it can sometimes be multiple, one for the base configurable, and one specific to the configuration), and then click “Add Selected Products”
7. The products should appear beneath the Add Products button, as such:
8. From here, click the orange Save Attachment button at the top of the page.
